RRF conference - Resource recovery parks: where next?

Eden Project, Cornwall , UK
July 5, 2006

RRF worked with Eden Project and Urban Mines to explore prospects for Resource Recovery Parks (Eco-parks). Barriers, opportunities, case studies and more. The conference was supported by the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme (NISP).

Enthusiasm for Resource Recovery Parks (RRPs) has grown in recent years as industrial symbiosis proponents claim increases in resource efficiency coupled with reduced economic and environment impacts. This conference explored the truth of these assertions, through presentations from experts with real experience of RRPs, their planning and development.
